Prices for Personal Training sessions:
1:1 £50 – Just you and your Personal Trainer
1:2 £75 – Train with a friend and your Personal Trainer will put you both through your paces
We understand that seeing a personal trainer isn’t just about a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle change. We all lead busy lives and have many pressures on our time and so exercise needs to fit into our everyday life. Therefore, as well as your training sessions with us, we provide you with the tools to carry on your motivation in between your sessions. We also provide you with a bespoke diet and nutrition plan.
We are always on hand to provide advice and assistance in between sessions, or just general support to help you achieve your goals.
Our sessions are designed to be motivational, relevant to your needs and fun, but also hard work. We tailor the work out based on your likes and dislikes so that you are always left looking forward to your next session.
Sessions can include:
Power walking
Running
Core strength and stability
Weight training
Cardio exercises – even in your own lounge you can build up a sweat and get that heart pumping
Our Personal Trainers are all level 3 qualified with REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) full public liability insurance.
